- We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire Invoice to cash process. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player and should have led a team size of ~20 to 25 people._

- Responsibilities:_
- In this role, you'll be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain_

**_ _**
- _Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent_
- _To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium_
- _Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account_
- _Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics_
- _Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis_
- _Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters_
- _Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures_
- _Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Eye for Detail and High level of accuracy_
- _Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change_
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change_
- _Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders_

- Qualifications and experience:_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _B. Com graduation_
- _Relevant work experience in Invoice to Cash_
- _Communication should be A2+ and above_
