**Job Summary:

Serving as a key point of contact, managing relationships with existing clients and overseeing the execution of gifting projects from start to finish.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- **

Core duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Act as the Single point of contact between the client and company and ensure timely delivery of deliverables and project requisites.
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s business, objectives and gifting requirements.
- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business cases to the client and involvement in the preparation of proposals.
- Conduct and assist in brainstorming, ideation, and design development of creatives for our clients.
- Ensuring the timely delivery
- Coordinating with internal Field Team.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
- Understanding of various Printing media will be added advantage
- Coordinating for artworks and approvals
- Work in tandem with Operations team and Design Team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality with positive impact ton Clients
- Prepare and submit execution plan for new ideas and implement approved ones.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
