Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models (NPV, IRR, cash flow) tailored to sector‑specific projects.- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual and project‑level budgeting processes; produce periodic forecasts and variance analyses.- Sector Research & Insights: Monitor sector trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors; translate insights into actionable recommendations.- Funding & Investment Strategies: Advise on optimal capital structures, debt/equity mix, and funding sources (banks, DFIs, bonds).- Risk Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate financial risks (market, credit, operational) unique to the sector.- Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial findings to senior management, investors, and external partners; prepare board‑level reports.- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and donor or lender requirements.- Capacity Building: Mentor finance team members; develop sector‑specific financial tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.- 20+ years of finance experience with at least 15 years focusing on [sector].- Proven track record in financial modeling, project finance, and strategic advisory.- Strong understanding of sector regulations, funding mechanisms, and financial risk frameworks.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
