**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Branding & Social Media Executive** to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for executing branding strategies, managing social media channels, and analyzing engagement to drive brand awareness and audience growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Create and manage engaging content for social media, videos, and newsletters.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually appealing content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, voice, and tone across platforms.

**2. Branding & Promotions**:

- Support branding initiatives, product promotions, and corporate communications.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline brand activations.
- Monitor brand perception and suggest improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor branding tactics.

**3. Platform Management & Community Engagement**:

- Manage daily operations across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Engage with the audience by responding to queries, comments, and messages.
- Prepare reports to measure campaign success and use insights to optimize strategies for better audience engagement.

**What we are Looking For**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in branding, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of **social media trends, tools, and analytics platforms**.
- Experience in **content creation, campaign execution, and community management**.
- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools** is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
