**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our jewelry products.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the jewelry industry to engage with customers and provide expert advice on our product offerings.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team by showcasing the beauty and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets specific to the jewelry industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns related to jewelry purchases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the jewelry market segment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or sales within the jewelry industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner with a focus on promoting jewelry products.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, trends, and designs to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed jewelry sales targets.
