**ROLE DESCRIPTION **:Accounting entries, banking and reports

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day to day bookkeeping entries in TALLY
- Maintaining regular registerslike
- Audit requirement
- Calculation and payment of TDS
- Bank Reconcilation
- Cash management
- Voucher management
- Banking duties
- Handle regular employee and other departmental queries on
- Support the reporting manager in all tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Inward register Entries
- Filling the vouchers
- PF Withdrawl/Transfer/Aadhar/KYC seeding cases to be solve

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION **:B.Com/ Graduate

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE **:Fresher Grad with min 1 yrs exp

**AGE **:18 - 25 yrs

**WORK SKILLS **:Knowledge of TALLY/MS Excel/

**OTHER SKILLS **:Number orientation, communication and basic computer skills

**ATTRIBUTES **:Hardworking, organised, logical

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

**HOURS OF WORK **:8 hours 6 days a week

**SALARY BAND**

**WORKING CONDITIONS **:The job can involve working conditions that include 8 hour shifts between 8am to 7pm, working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Regular / Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹9,155.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
