Job Title - Accounts Officer

**Job Description: -**
Accounting for routine expenses post approval from management.
Petty cash handling and recording.
Recording of all receipts and payments in bank account and daily bank reconciliation.
Vendors & Customers Ledger scrutiny and periodic reporting to management on any deviations therein.
Fixed asset records and register maintenance
Prepare monthly accounts and reports to management.
Filing of TDS and GST returns.
Updating Payments on a daily basis.
Preparation of financial statements up to finalization
Assist auditors with the annual audits.
Visit to SKUs for stock checking and records.
**Education and Experience: -**
B Com/M Com with experience of about 3 to 5 years in accounts set up of a small/medium sized manufacturing industry.
Well versed with TDS and GST
Proficiency with computers, ZOHO BOOKS, (MS Office) and TALLY.
**Key Competencies**
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to deal with other departments to get work done.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
