**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial resources.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.

**Requirement**
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
