Job Title: Billing and Estimation Engineer (Civil Construction)

Experience : 2+ Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Estimate project costs accurately by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project budget.
- Develop and maintain databases of material prices, labor rates, and equipment costs for accurate estimating.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare billing schedules and invoices based on project milestones and completed work.
- Verify quantities and costs for change orders and extra work to ensure accurate billing.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding billing and payment issues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in billing, estimating, and construction management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in construction billing and estimation, preferably in civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and billing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Certification or training in construction estimating or project management is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
