Admin Executive(Chennai)

**Job description**
- Handling joining and exit formalities.
- Filing and record keeping.
- General office administration.
- Handling admission documentation and filing.
- Overall branch coordination.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
- Fee collection and issuing Receipts
- Fees follow ups from students/ parents
- Maintaining Day Book, Ledger, Petty Cash Register
- Execute all petty cash payments as per laid out system and procedure
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in administrative roles in an educational institution.
- Be Well versed with Ms Office and Excel
- Have Good Communication skills.

Guna Complex, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai
