**Qualification**: Any Degree with 2 - 5 yrs of experience in Admin
**Shift Timings**: 12.00 pm (Noon) to 9.00 pm
**1. Office Administration**:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Handle office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and manage office equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is neat, professional, and fully functional.
- Distributing and maintaining stock of stationery including special requirements and business cards and letterheads;
**2. Scheduling & Coordination**:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Manage calendars and ensure that all meetings and appointments are properly planned and prepared for.
**3. Communication**:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as necessary.
**4. Record Keeping & Data Entry**:
- Maintain accurate records of office transactions and activities.
- Assist in data entry for various projects and systems.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
**5. HR & Employee Support**:
- Assist with employee onboarding and document management.
- Support HR with tasks such as payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance.
- Organize team events and meetings when required.
**6. Financial Administration**:
- Process and track office expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget tracking.
- Maintain petty cash records.
**7. Cafeteria Management**:
- Take care of canteen - coffee/tea, food - breakfast, lunch and dinner including special requirements Ordering.
**8. General Support**:
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with special projects or initiatives as needed.
- Responsible for First Aid Kit
- Vendor Management
**Required Skills Set**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Should have strong knowledge of Ms office
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
