Cdp Chef

**Job Title**: Continental Chef (with knowledge of Chinese, Thai & International Cuisine)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Continental, Chinese, Thai, and international dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Develop and innovate new recipes and menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
- Manage food preparation, portioning, and garnishing for efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor stock, manage inventory, and coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking and safety.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards strictly.
- Work closely with the Head Chef/Management to execute special menus, events, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef (knowledge of Chinese, Thai & international cuisines is a must).
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavors, and presentation styles.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality food consistently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
