**What is the role of the Spa Therapist?**

To ensure guest satisfaction through the performance of treatments and services as outlined in the spa treatment menu in accordance with Atmantan’s standards and procedures.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- To provide exceptional service to exceed guests expectations at all times in a courteous and professional manner.
- To set up treatment rooms in preparation for daily operations, including managing necessary stock levels.
- To dress treatment rooms with linen and towels in preparation for daily operations and to redress between each guest.
- To thoroughly check guest profiles with the Spa Manager, and check with the guest about any medical or areas of concern before commencing treatment.
- To provide a courteous welcome to each guest, helping to orientate them when they enter the treatment room, explaining the treatment they are to receive.
- To only perform spa treatments that are outlined in Atmantan’s spa menu, adhering directly to the SOP for each treatment.
- To evaluate spa operations and procedures and suggest improvement and concerns to the Spa Manager.
- To ensure that all Atmantan’s standards of service and best practices are strictly adhered to.
- To report any feedback from guests (positive or negative) to Spa Manager.
- To report for duty punctually, at least 15 minutes before shift time, adhering to correct dress code and grooming standards at all times, and attend all staff briefings as required.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times and give operational assistance in all areas of the spa as and when required, including tidying guest service areas, serving refreshments, consulting with guests and giving treatment advice, liaising with spa attendants etcto ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
- To remain flexible and ready to carry out other duties and responsibilities as deemed reasonable by the Spa Manager.
- . Minimum - CIBTAC or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years experience in a 5 star spa.
- Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
