- Personalize each treatment to accommodate the individual needs.
- Follow established protocol to provide consistent and excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of treatment rooms. Assist in helping with the cleanliness of the treatment room.
- Maintain excellent communication between activities in the treatment rooms and receptionists.
- Assist members and Employee with rescheduling or canceling as requested.
- Provide assistance when necessary.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
- Proven 1 year experience working as a spa therapist.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and organizational skills.
- Patience and respect. Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Maintain the established Cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Hands on experience in massage techniques for back, head and foot.
