Social Media Handler

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and content.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and mentions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive community and increase engagement.
- Engage with influencers and build relationships with key industry players to promote brand advocacy.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence and achieve marketing objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Maintain the brand’s image and reputation across all social media platforms.
- Handle crisis management on social media by addressing any negative feedback or issues promptly and effectively.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position with standard office hours.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special campaigns or events.
