**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Create and publish engaging social media content on a regular basis.
- Schedule and manage social media posts using a social media management tool.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Run social media contests and giveaways.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with creating and managing social media campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative thinker.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
