Mobile Technician

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated **Mobile Technician** to provide high-quality on-site vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services. As a Mobile Technician, you will travel to customer locations (home, office, roadside) to deliver a convenient and professional service experience. This role combines technical expertise with customer service and requires a high degree of independence and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Repairs & Diagnostics**: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and minor to moderate repairs at the customer’s location.
- **Customer Communication**: Clearly explain technical issues, repair needs, and service options to customers in a professional manner.
- **Vehicle Inspections**: Conduct multi-point inspections to assess vehicle health and recommend services.
- **Tool & Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain tools, equipment, and the mobile service vehicle in top condition and ensure inventory is stocked.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document service details, diagnostics, parts used, and customer interactions using the company's mobile system or tablet.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Follow all company, manufacturer, and safety guidelines for mobile service operations.
- **Upsell Opportunities**: Identify and recommend additional services or maintenance that would benefit the customer, while maintaining integrity and trust.
- **Brand Representation**: Act as a professional ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experience on every job.

**Key Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification preferred (e.g., ASE, IMI).
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance (dealership, workshop, or mobile service).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently in the field with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
