Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in the organization's psychotherapy training programs. This position involves managing various aspects of the training process, from initial inquiries to post-training certification.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Tracking Inquiries and Registrations:
Respond to inquiries about the psychotherapy training program

Process registrations and payments from participants

Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and enrollments

Participant Management:
Send training manuals and other necessary materials to participants

Set up training groups on WhatsApp for communication and collaboration

Manage Zoom meetings for online training sessions

Training Logistics:
Coordinate with trainers and participants to schedule training sessions

Ensure that all necessary equipment and resources are available for training

Case Study and Submission Follow-Up:
Monitor participant progress and provide support as needed

Follow up on case study submissions and provide feedback

Certification:
**Qualifications**:
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software

Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred

Familiarity with the mental health field is a plus

Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Flexibility is required as training sessions may extend beyond regular working hours**
