Position Title: Vice Principal or Head Mistress

**Job Description**:
Should be Near to the school - Location - Thalambur, Navalur, Medavakkam and sholinganallur.

The Vice Principal is a key administrative role within the educational institution, working closely with the Principal to ensure the efficient operation of the school and the fulfillment of its educational mission. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff alike.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Leadership: Collaborate with the Principal in the overall management and administration of the school, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the school's goals and objectives.

Curriculum Development and Assessment: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices. Collaborate with teachers to support effective instructional strategies and assessment methods.

Student Discipline and Behavior Management: Work with teachers, students, and parents to address student behavioral issues and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Implement disciplinary actions when necessary, following school policies and procedures.

Teacher Support and Professional Development: Provide guidance and support to teachers, including mentoring, coaching, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practices.

Student Support Services: Oversee student support services, including counseling, special education, and student welfare programs. Collaborate with counselors and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and ensure their academic and personal success.

Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote transparency, collaboration, and parental involvement in school activities and decision-making processes.

School Safety and Security: Collaborate with the Principal and other stakeholders to develop and implement protocols for school safety and emergency preparedness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure learning environment.

Budgeting and Resource Management: Assist in the development and management of the school budget, including allocating resources effectively to support instructional programs and school operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze student performance data and other relevant metrics to assess school effectiveness and inform decision-making. Prepare reports for the Principal, school board, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Relevant teaching experience and demonstrated leadership ability in an educational setting.

Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community members.

Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools.

Certification as a school administrator may be required, depending on local regulations.

The Vice Principal plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal in the effective management and leadership of the school, contributing to its success in providing high-quality education and fostering the holistic development of all students.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
