**About Us**

TCB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven company that specializes in business automation, ERP solutions, AI-driven processes, and custom software development. We are looking for a **detail-oriented MIS Executive** to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support business decision-making.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards, and databases**.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret **data from various sources** to generate business insights.
- Ensure **data accuracy and integrity** in reports and presentations.
- Automate **reporting processes** to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate data.
- Monitor **KPIs and business performance metrics**.
- Work with **Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Sheets**, and other data analysis tools.
- Assist in streamlining business processes through data-driven recommendations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**1-3 years of experience** in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
Strong proficiency in **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)**.
Experience with **SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio** is a plus.
Knowledge of **Google Sheets, VBA, and automation tools** is preferred.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
