Job Summary: CAD/CAM technician will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), and developing CNC and cutting programs to ensure efficient and precise production.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Collaboration with Design Teams: - Work closely with designers to understand the specifications and requirements for each furniture design. - Integrate BOM considerations into the design process to ensure that the CAD models are aligned with the required materials and components.

2. BOM Generation: - Generate comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) based on the CAD designs. - Include detailed information such as material specifications, dimensions, quantities, and any additional components necessary for assembly.

3. Integration with CAD Software: - Integrate BOM data seamlessly with the CAD software to establish a unified design and manufacturing system. - Link each component in the CAD model to its corresponding entry in the BOM for easy reference.

4. CNC Programming: - Translate CAD designs into machine-readable instructions for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. - Generate toolpaths and programs for CNC routers, mills, and other manufacturing equipment.

5. Supply Chain Coordination: - Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure that materials and components listed in the BOM are available and sourced in a timely manner. - Verify that the BOM aligns with inventory and ordering systems.

6. Documentation for Production Teams: - Utilize BOM data to create comprehensive assembly manuals and documentation for production teams. - Provide clear instructions and guidance for efficient assembly based on the BOM. Job Specification: Education: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or a CAD/CAM certification course.

**Experience: -** Fresher or up to 6 months of experience as CNC programer or similar role is preferred. Skills: - Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
