
Front Office Executive

Greeting and directing patients, visitors, and staff.
- Managing appointments and scheduling for doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Registering patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting co-pays or payments.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinating with other departments such as billing, medical records, and nursing to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Resolving patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhering to compliance regulations and guidelines related to healthcare administration.
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting with the coordination of patient referrals and transfers between departments or facilities.
- Updating and maintaining electronic medical records systems with accurate patient information.
- Collaborating with the finance department to reconcile billing discrepancies and process insurance claims.
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
