Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with students to assess their academic aspirations, study preferences, and visa requirements.

Provide comprehensive information about study abroad destinations, educational institutions, and visa options available to students.

Offer tailored advice and recommendations to students based on their individual circumstances, academic background, and career objectives.

Stay updated on visa regulations, policies, and procedures for various study destinations and advise students accordingly.

Liaise with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and visa offices to obtain relevant information and updates on visa requirements.

Collaborate with other team members, including telecallers and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery process.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, international relations, or immigration law.

Proven experience in a similar role within the education or student visa consultancy sector.

In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements for student visas in popular study destinations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations and navigate the challenges of studying abroad.

Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in document review and processing.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluency in additional languages, especially those commonly spoken by international students, is an advantage.
