Job Title: Overseas Education Counsellor (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) and Student visa Process

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroad, focusing on test preparation strategies for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and other relevant exams.

2. Assess students' language proficiency levels and academic goals to develop tailored study plans and timelines.

3. Conduct informative sessions and workshops to familiarize students with the format, structure, and scoring criteria of standardized tests.

4. Offer guidance on selecting appropriate study materials, resources, and practice exercises to enhance students' test-taking skills.

5. Monitor students' progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and feedback sessions, adjusting study plans as needed to optimize performance.

6. Stay updated on changes and developments in standardized testing procedures, content, and scoring methodologies.

7. Collaborate with colleagues and educational institutions to organize test preparation courses, seminars, and events.

9. Foster positive relationships with students and parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

10. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress reports, and test scores for administrative purposes.

12. Share required information regarding every country funding and visa document.

13. check necessary document along with visa sop and prepare visa file for process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. Proven 2+ years of experience as an education counselor, test preparation instructor and student visa counselling and process.

3. Strong knowledge of standardized testing methodologies, content areas, and scoring systems.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport with students and parents.

5. Demonstrated organizational abilities, including time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

6. Passion for international education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

7. Familiarity with educational systems and admission requirements in various countries is advantageous.

8. Proficiency in additional languages besides English is a plus.

9. Prior experience studying or working abroad is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:
