**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Marketing)**
**Location: Hyderabad**
**Experience: 0 to 3 years**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** with expertise in **Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram Ads)**. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement data-driven strategies and analyze performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies** to support business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Manage **day-to-day paid social campaigns**, including **budget allocation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative optimization**.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to track **key metrics** such as conversions, **Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and engagement**.
- Collaborate with **design and content teams** to create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising** and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns in **real-time** to maximize performance and budget efficiency.
- Utilize **Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and other relevant tools** to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct **competitive analysis** and identify opportunities to refine marketing strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms**.
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager** and other paid social tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret **data and optimize campaigns** accordingly.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Prior experience in **performance marketing, social media marketing, or digital advertising** is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
