**Duties & Job Responsibilities of Home Care Nursing Services**

1. Traveling to patients homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.

2. Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.

3. Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.

4. Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.

5. Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.

6. Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.

7. Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.

8. Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.

9. Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.

10.Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.

11.Home care nurse should be skilled for CPR, companionship, social work and wound care.

12.Home Care Nurses Mqr should perform regular visit when they monitor the patient condition and the responsibility of the home care deputed nurse.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or similar.

2. Relevant license and certification.

3. A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.

4. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

5. The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.

6. Excellent report writing skills.

7. Active listening skills and empathy.

8. Physical and mental strength.

9. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
