**Job Summary**:
As a **Skin Therapist** at Avataar Skincare Technologies, you will be responsible for providing skin analysis, treatments, and post-care guidance to clients. You will work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
- Execute non-invasive procedures such as:

- HydraFacial
- Chemical Peels
- Medi-Facials
- Acne Treatments
- Skin Lightening & Anti-aging protocols
- Assist in laser hair reduction sessions under supervision
- Maintain hygiene standards and sterilization of equipment
- Educate clients about post-treatment care and skincare routines
- Maintain treatment records and follow-up schedules
- Support dermatologists and senior staff during advanced procedures
- Ensure clinic protocols and SOPs are followed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/VTCT preferred)
- Strong understanding of skincare products and equipment
- Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in dermatology or aesthetic clinics
- Trained in use of HydraFacial, peels, lasers, or RF devices
- Basic computer knowledge for recordkeeping

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible hours based on client appointments (3-4 sessions per day).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
