- Functional Analyst role in Supply Change Finance
**Requirement Elicitation & Documentation**:

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business needs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements to BRD or user stories.
- **Process Mapping & Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and Stakeholder//'s.
- **Solution Assessment & Validation**:

- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze data & Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:

- Prepare test cases and scenarios.
- Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders.
- **Testing & Validation**:

- Hands-on involvement in **UAT planning**, execution, and sign-off processes.
- Ability to draft and execute test cases.
- **Project Support**:

- Work within Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
- Taking the ownership of the Complete Project.
- **Change Management & Training**:

- Support change management efforts by preparing documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions when new systems or processes are implemented.
- **Risk & Impact Analysis**:

- Assess potential risks and impacts of proposed solutions on existing systems.
- Recommend mitigation strategies.
- **Compliance & Governance**
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, Bank regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor//'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of experience
- Supply Change Finance Testing.
- Proven experience QA.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices (e.g., functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
