**Position**: Content Writer

**Location**: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

**Salary**: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)

**Shift**:Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday To Saturday ]

**Experience Required**:1- 2years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling content that meets the needs of target audiences.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to generate relevant and creative ideas.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice, style, and marketing objectives.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, with a portfolio of published work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or video editing software.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to assess content performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
