We are looking for a creative **Content Writer** with strong expertise in developing concepts for video content. This role involves close collaboration with the video production, design, and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write scripts, storyboards for explainer videos, training modules.
- Research and develop creative concepts tailored for video content.
- Collaborate with video editors, animators, and designers to ensure content aligns with visuals.
- Simplify complex information into engaging and audience-friendly scripts.
- Ensure tone, style, and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Adapt content for different formats such as short-form reels, long-form videos, tutorials, and corporate presentations.
- Stay updated with video content trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- 2or 3 years of experience is required.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer/Scriptwriter/Video Content Developer or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for creativity.
- Ability to visualize scripts and collaborate effectively with video production teams.
- Familiarity with different video formats (corporate, social media, animation, explainer, etc.).
- Good research skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
