**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a versatile and mission-aligned generalist to join the Founder’s Office. You’ll work directly with the founder on a wide range of initiatives — spanning marketing, content, brand, partnerships, operations, and special projects. This is a hands-on role where execution is everything, ideal for someone with a startup background, high ownership mindset, and an AI-first approach to work.

This is also a high-growth opportunity — you will be pushed, mentored, and exposed to multiple domains, resulting in rapid personal and professional growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and execute parallel workstreams across content, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
- Align with external partners and vendors to ensure delivery and follow-through.
- Introduce and implement new AI tools and systems that enhance productivity.
- Work across formats — documents, decks, tools, workflows — to bring clarity and momentum to projects.
- Continuously upskill and find new ways to work smarter, not harder.
- Own responsibilities end-to-end with mínimal supervision.
- Collaborate directly with the founder, internal teams, and partners to shape key initiatives.
- Balance strategy and execution — from high-level planning to rolling up your sleeves.

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Experience & Skills**:

- 2-3 years of generalist or brand/marketing experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience juggling multiple responsibilities in a lean team
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) in work context
- Familiarity with digital creation tools, and ideally some Figma knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and responsive
- A strong ethical core and values-first thinking

- Experience using Figma or similar design/ops tools
- Prior brand management exposure
- Comfort working with founders or in high-autonomy environments
