Greetings for the day

We are looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our main entrance's front desk.

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail
- Copying, scanning and filing documents
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.

**Education and professional qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 2 years of front desk experience in the any industry preferred IT.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Habib Ganj, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
