- **Loan Structuring**: Structure loan terms and conditions in accordance with lending policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring clarity and transparency for clients.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), throughout the loan origination process.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and disclosures, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting loan products, cross-selling financial services, and leveraging networking opportunities.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan transactions, such as fraud or default, through thorough due diligence and risk assessment.
