Reporting to: General Manager - Client Servicing

**Role Summary**:
The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients to provide digital and social media marketing solutions that deliver value and results. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital platforms.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience specifically in the advertising agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships
- Clearly understand client marketing objectives, targets, challenges, and dynamics
- Create and present digital marketing proposals, media plans, and campaign presentations
- Collaborate with creative, tech teams for campaign development, optimizing website UI/UX etc.
- Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and optimize based on insights
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns on schedule and budget
- Track ROI and present results to clients using reports and analytics
- Identify new opportunities and propose ideas to improve engagement
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and trends
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisitions and revenue growth
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for pitches and brand growth
- Clearly understand marketing objectives and challenges of assigned clients
- Work with creative teams to conceptualize and implement digital campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Track campaign metrics and present results using reports and analytics
- Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing space

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in client servicing and digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in using digital analytics and monitoring tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem-solve
- Passion for digital technology and interest in innovation

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
