**Responsibilities and Duties**

The operation of weighing scales, analytical balances, blenders, mixers, lab molding machines and other related equipment. Performing computer color corrections in order to make appropriate colorant additions to production; giving final color approval for each product; performing in-process and final product quality control tests; etc.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Diploma in plastic processing technology / science graduate with CIPET diploma.
- The position requires Min 4 to 10 years of related experience. Experience from Master batch company shall be given preference.
- Thorough knowledge of colorants, pigments, dyes and color matching.
- Must be computer literate and be able to run a Color Spectrometer.
