**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and departments.
- Manage office equipment and technology, including printers, scanners, phone systems, and more.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment through strong leadership skills.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
**Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with a range of office equipment and technologies, including printers, scanners, phone systems, and software suites.
**Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and partners.
**Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
**Organization**: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
**Problem-Solving**: A proactive problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
**Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to evolving work requirements and take on new challenges.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
