Unacademy Bilaspur is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven **Telecallers** to join our admission and counselling team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospective students and parents, promoting our JEE/NEET/Foundation courses, and driving walk-ins and admissions for our offline center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
- Explain course details, fee structures, and benefits clearly.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and ensure successful admissions.
- Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is an advantage.
