**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction and real estate industry
- Provide information about our construction and real estate services in a clear and concise manner
- Persuade potential clients to engage with our company and schedule appointments for further discussions
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better support client inquiries

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role in the construction and real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of construction and real estate terminology and processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
