**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Scrub, gown, and glove in adherence to infection control protocols.
- Assist the surgeon directly by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent surgical site infections.
- Anticipate the surgeon’s needs and ensure seamless flow of the surgery.
- Perform surgical counts (sponges, instruments, sharps) before, during, and after the procedure.
- Ensure the safe handling and proper disposal of bio-medical waste as per hospital protocols.
- Assist with patient positioning, draping, and skin preparation.
- Collaborate with circulating nurses and the surgical team for smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage surgical instruments and equipment before and after surgeries.
- Report and document any adverse incidents or variances in care.
- Assist in maintaining OT stock, checking sterility expiry, and requisitioning supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
