Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Executive at **BR Bang Pvt Ltd**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, monitor production schedules, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to manage replenishment orders effectively.
- Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any potential supply disruptions. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment with production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet demand requirements.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and on-time delivery to customers. Address any order-related issues promptly and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Utilize supply chain data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize overall supply chain performance.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess potential risks in the supply chain, including logístical, regulatory, and market-related factors. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
