**Job Title**: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a professional and friendly **Receptionist** to manage our front desk at Club House. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Assign rooms and issue room keys or key cards.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information as needed.

**2. Guest Relations**
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and escalate issues to management when necessary.

**3. Reservations & Bookings**
- Confirm bookings, process cancellations, and handle no-shows.
- Coordinate with travel agents and online booking partners.

**4. Communication & Coordination**
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Relay messages, mail, or packages to guests and staff accurately.
- Maintain smooth communication between shifts through proper handovers.

**5. Payments & Billing**
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and bills.
- Balance daily transactions and submit reports to accounts.

**6. Administrative Support**
- Maintain front desk logs and documentation.
- Assist with report generation and filing.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

**7. Professional Conduct**
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
- Uphold a professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of front office/reception experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in **English, Kannada, and Hindi**.
- Pleasant personality, punctual, and customer-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
