**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities through observation and functional activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve, restore, or maintain daily living and work skills.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily functioning.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers about expectations and strategies for home programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist [adjust based on country/state].
- New graduates are welcome to apply; clinical internship experience is considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations (based on facility needs).
- Knowledge of therapy software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., sensory integration, hand therapy) is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,911.29 - ₹39,446.86 per month
