Pediatric Therapist

We are seeking a skilled individual to work with children, providing comprehensive assessments and therapy services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, with a focus on sensory integration and gross motor function.

• To conduct thorough assessments for Physiotherapy or Occupational therapy, identifying areas of improvement and developing personalized plans.
• To provide therapeutic services, including hand function, sensory integration, and gross motor function exercises, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• To collaborate with the in-charge team to plan and report on unit goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To conduct all assessments related to Physio and Occupational therapy, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• To provide therapy sessions to assigned children, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to their changing needs.
• To maintain accurate records of daily activities and attendance, facilitating seamless communication with parents and colleagues.
• To support the rehabilitation department by providing services in various units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• To arrange and coordinate appliances and materials related to Occupational Therapy, enhancing the overall quality of care.
• To contribute to report and proposal writing, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• To provide sensory integration therapy, using techniques that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
• To deliver physio and occupational therapy services to children with autism and other neuro-developmental delays, applying specialized knowledge and skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• BPT/MPT degree required, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.

Language Proficiency:

• Hindi and English language skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
