**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive** who will drive business growth by building relationships with industry professionals, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our range of premium products. The role involves both **B2B sales** and **relationship-based marketing**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with **architects, interior designers, builders, and developers** in Pune and surrounding regions.
- Present product samples, catalogues, and technical details to clients.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure conversions and repeat business.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM).
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery and after-sales service.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new design/product innovations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, interiors, or architectural products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Pune’s **architectural and builder community** will be an advantage.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
