**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services and generate leads.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their real estate needs, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with clients.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pre sales executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and objectives.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
