**What You’ll Do**:
Quark is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure its smooth operation, scalability, and alignment with our business processes. You will work closely with various departments to streamline workflows, enhance user adoption, and provide insights through reporting and analytics.
- **Salesforce Administration**:

- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the business, including modifying page layouts, record types, and fields. Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Set up and manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings to ensure proper access controls.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Processes
- **User Support & Training**:

- Serve as the primary support contact for all Salesforce users, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure effective platform usage.
- Support new user onboarding, ensuring smooth Salesforce access and integration into business processes.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators across various teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and dashboards to improve data accuracy and usefulness.
