office Timing: 9.30 am -6.30 pm (9hrs)

**Job Description**:
1. Preparation of invoices.

2. Dispatch of materials and coordinate with office for dispatch details.

3. Preparation and update Purchase master, Sales master, CA Format and party ledger tally.

4. Statutory files and payment (LBT, VAT, Electricity, Rent) should be maintained.

5. Is responsible for bringing the LR COPY and send it to Kandivali office each day as it comes to him.

6. Preparing details and tracking the purchase from china (imports) and their payment.

7. Decisive of payment which is to be done from the parties in which accounts.

8. Prepare consolidated Bank Balance monthly (Expenses).

9. Check purchase bills with received and dispatch paper & make list of pending bills in excel.

10. Check Inventory in Tally as per R/D paper and Bill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
