Financial Record Keeping: Accounts executives are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: They often assist in the budgeting process and provide financial data and analysis to support the organization's financial planning and decision-making.
- Invoicing and Billing: Accounts executives may be responsible for creating and sending invoices to customers, as well as managing accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Payroll Processing: They may oversee the payroll process, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, and that all relevant payroll taxes and deductions are accounted for.
- Financial Analysis: Accounts executives analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas where cost savings or revenue growth can be achieved. They may also prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements and financial accounts to ensure that they match the company's records.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with tax regulations and assisting in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for tax purposes.
- Audit Preparation: Preparing financial documents and records for internal and external audits, as well as liaising with auditors during the audit process.
- Financial Software and Tools: Using accounting software and tools to record, track, and manage financial transactions. This may include software like QuickBooks, Xero, or enterprise-level financial management systems.
- Communication: Accounts executives often communicate with various stakeholders, including management, employees, vendors, and customers, to address financial questions and concerns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
