Position**:Painter**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Surface Preparation:

- Prepare surfaces and components by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.

2. Painting Operations:

- Maintain consistency in color, texture, and finish as per the specifications.

3. Quality Control:

- Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and customer specifications.

4. Equipment Maintenance:

- Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns, paint booths, and compressors.
- Clean and store equipment properly after use to prevent contamination and ensure longevity.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
- Ensure proper ventilation and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as an industrial painter, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using spray guns, brushes, and other painting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
