**Solutions Architect with Marketing Automation & CRM Experience**

**Location - Jaipur**

We are seeking a **talented full-stack development lead**, who
- Is proficient as a full stack developer, has a proven track record in the tech domain, and comfortable working in most of the tech stacks.
- Is comfortable with enterprise-level - new tool implementations, and integrations of various systems.
- Can devise and implement architecture for connecting various systems together.
- Is well versed with CRMs and Experienced in marketing automation tools like HubSpot/ Marketo/ Pardot
- Has a never say no attitude and is ready to take up new challenges.
- Thrives in facing challenges, while managing critical timelines
- Collaborates with stakeholders to navigate the complexities of technology and marketing automation.
- Has a passion to find solutions for complex problems and Deliver successful outcomes for complex projects.
- Likes to train and guide team members on architecture enablement and implementation.
- Has preferably lead the implementation, integration, and migration of marketing automation tools including HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient full-stack developer with exposure to major tech stacks
- With leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and mentor
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling critical timelines effectively.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
